Pricing includes Coordination of event, contacting other venders as to delivery times and placement of their product. All servers need to accommodate guest size. Linens for our serving tables. Bussing of guests tables during serving time. Complete clean up of food preparation area and serving area. Making sure food preparation area is left as it was when we arrived, according to venue contract. All food is yours all leftovers will be placed in proper containers for the client to take with them. *A $200 Travel Service Fee will be added to your final cost for any venue more than 30 minutes from our catering kitchen. A FEW COTTAGE DETAILSThe Cornerstone Cottage is our beautiful, historic event space. The Cornerstone Cottage can be rented along side We're Here, Now It's A Party or stand alone with your chosen caterer and planner. We know you will love it as much as we do. The Cottage can accommodate up to 55 guests. Our rental's rates include all tables and Chairs. White or black linens are offered with all rentals. Weather permitting, the outside garden area is available for a charming wedding ceremony. We can offer you full catering service, DJ service, decorating, and cakes. You may bring all of your own services into our venue. The kitchen at the cottage is equipped with two refrigerators and coffee maker. There is no stove.
